Job Title: Customer Service & Retentions AdvisorJob Location: SaleJob Package: £20,000 salary plus monthly bonus, OTE £28,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WEEKEND WORK, IMMEDIATE NEW OFFICES IN SALE!Looking for an Inbound Customer Service and Retentions role in SaleDo you want a Customer Service and Retentions role but with the opportunity to earn good monthly bonuses for your call quality without the pressure of sales targetsAre you passionate about customer service and have an interest in insuranceAre you a customer service driven personThe package:

    • We are looking for an Customer Service and Retentions Advisor to join our insurance business in Sale. The role involves speaking to existing customers about their insurance and quotes, and ensuring that they receive world class customer service. There will also be an element of retention in the role meaning you can earn a performance related bonus each month. As a market leading insurance company you must be professional and career minded!For the role, we require:
  • 1 years experience in a call centre environment is essential
  • FCA or Insurance experience preferred
  • People with energy, who are great at customer service
  • The ability to deal with inbound calls and emails
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
