Job Description

Administrator South Manchester Salary £24K Well established Business Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are seeking an Administrator to support the installation team. You must be flexible, proactive and willing to learn.As an Administrator your duties will include:

  • Carry out survey reviews.
  • Pro-actively communication and engage with customers to ensure efficient job progression and regular updates with key stakeholders is maintained.
  • Liaise with regularly with installers and contactors.
  • Completion CDM documentation.
  • Weekly review and approval of installer contractor invoices.
  • Weekly upload of electrical certificates
  • Cover for installation planning, survey reviews and sign off.
  • Review and update of job categories and job status waiting for work to be completed
  • General Administrative Support including providing administrative support to the sales order processing team; Raising sales orders, Creating cases
  • Daily checks and reviews for job progress and risk management.
  • Carrying out work to documented Procedures within the Quality Manual.
As an Administrator you will have the following key skills:
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Self-motivated
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
