Our passionate team are seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to help run their busy kitchen.The Victoria Inn is an award-winning pub set in the heart of Salcombe, just a short stroll from the banks of the estuary. Renowned for our relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with interiors that ooze character, roaring log fires and cosy nooks. Outside ourpeaceful pub garden provides the perfect location for drinking and dining alfresco.   • Step in to run the kitchen when the Head Chef isnt around.
  • Get involved in all elements of operational and commercial management of the kitchen.
  • Form part of the hands-on team, working shoulder-to-shoulder to create fabulous food.
  • Be an excellent and inspiring role model within the team, providing them with support and development.
