Education World is a local education recruitment agency renowned for outstanding service by both our supply staff and partner schools.We are currently working on behalf of a valued partner school in Sacriston, Durham to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant.The school is a warm, welcoming environment for both staff and pupils.THE ROLE:- Full-time (8:30-3:30 Mon-Fri) term time only- Year 1- 1:1 SEMH Support- 17th October - ongoing (very long-term)- £10.77- £13.08 per hourTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:- Have experience working 1:1 with children who have additional needs- Have a strong and consistent approach to developing boundaries- Must be kind, caring and empathetic- Must have (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS.
