2nd Line IT SupportRyton / Newcastle£23K - £25KMy client is an MSP thats been in the game for over 20 years, and theyve got it down to the T, theyve partnered up with some of the biggest names in tech and keep on growing. Theyre looking to expand on their dedicated team and welcome an established2nd Line IT Support Technician.Main Duties:

Assisting the service desk and getting to work on interesting tickets
Consulting the varied client base on systems upgrades
Providing high-quality support on desktops, servers, and cloud platforms
Providing infrequent onsite support to the varied client base

Tech Stack:

Active Directory
Windows Server
Office 365
LAN Technologies
VoIP Technologies
Driving License required (or in the process of achieving this)
