An exclusive client of mine based in Uppingham is actively recruiting for a Sales Support candidate to join the growing team environment.Key responsibilities. Effectively communicate with customers, sales agents & internal brands team. Receive customer orders Check orders for all important information (style numbers, price, delivery dates) Raise internal sales orders Communicate any special customer requirements (packaging, delivery terms etc) Resolve any post-delivery invoice queries, including debit or credit notes Work collaboratively with accounts team to resolve any overdue paymentsSalary - £19.5k - £21kWorking hours - Mon to Thurs 08:00 - 17:00 hrs / Fri 08:00 - 16:00 (39 hr week)Based - Uppingham - could consider 1 day week hybrid working if necessary but preference would be 5 days on siteHoliday - 24 + BHBenefits - pension, life insurance, bonus, private healthcare, free on-site parking, staff welfare events,Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
