Job Description

This position involves providing specialist professional advice in the property sector while ensuring the effective management of public sector estates. Provide specialist advice on general landlord & tenant matters
Manage a diverse property portfolio
Undertake property valuations and negotiations
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
Contribute to strategic property decisions
Represent the public sector in property-related matters

ProfileA successful Interim Estates Surveyor should have:

A degree in a property-related subject
Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Ideal but not essential)
Knowledge of property legislation and compliance
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience in public sector property management
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
