Job Description

Do you have experience as an office administrator, office manager or secretary and looking for your next opportunityWe are recruiting for an Uppingham based business and looking for you!The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and be confident working in an office environment. The role will offer administrative support across finance, HR, senior management and facilities and therefore you will need a flexibleapproach to work and be able to prioritise.Duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Reception cover
  • Typing letters
  • Uploading documents to database
  • Internal communications
  • Attend internal meetings when required
  • Manual and electronic filing
  • Adhoc admin support
Skills/experience required:
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Experience with electronic and manual filing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi task
