Job Description

Treasury ManagerWarringtonSalary £70,000 - £75,000Benefits inc: Hybrid / fully home based + flexible hoursA high-growth private Equity backed business based in Runcorn is currently recruiting for a qualified, Senior Treasury Manager to join the group.This Senior Treasury Manager will spearhead the groups centralised Treasury function, being responsible for creating new standardised processes and procedures managing banking relationships and ensuring effective cash management across multiple entitieswithin the Group.You will continually develop the provision of the operational treasury by reviewing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness, whilst providing a reporting and advisory service to the wider group. Ensuring the Treasury function provides effective stakeholderrelations whilst ensuring the team provides accurate and timely information reporting to the wider Group.It is essential that applicants have experience of ID FacilitiesThis is a fully hybrid role and can be based in the office as little or as often as you want.As Treasury Manager your role will involve:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all banking relationships.
  • Monitor and manage cash levels for multiple entities, ensuring optimal liquidity.
  • Coordinate with other group companies for efficient inter-group cash management.
  • Oversee day-to-day ID facilities, providing recommendations on drawdowns.
  • Managing facility limits and any outstanding debts
  • Ensure compliance with month-end covenants.
  • Deliver precise and timely reports of financial figures and forecasts to senior and Board-level management
  • Control actual and forecast cashflow models
  • Assessing the likely impact of problems such as late payments, limited cash flow etc.
  • Negotiating and evaluating overdrafts and loans with bankers
  • Monitor the regulatory changes likely to be imposed and ensure the impact to Treasurys functions are promptly assessed
  • Monitor all risk management activities to ensure adherence to the approved Group procedures
  • Produce daily / weekly / monthly reports to monitor the trading activities to ensure this is within the limits
  • Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place to mitigate any risk breaches
  • Support other teams with the development of strategy, by providing data and analytical support
  • Liaise with internal and external Auditors
  • Support the Divisional Finance Director with the management of the departmental budget and in the monitoring of indirect cost savings

  • Be ACA / ACCATreasury qualified
  • Have experience of ID facilities
  • Have experience of leading a Group treasury function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide team members effectively
