Job Description

This position requires a competent Payroll Senior who will effectively manage payroll functions in the Accounting & Finance department within the transport and distribution industry.   • Oversee the day-to-day payroll operations and ensure smooth running.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate payroll data.
  • Implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to the payroll team.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
  • Participate in payroll system upgrades and testing.
