This new opportunity has opened up to external applications, this role is a permanent, full time position that requires full experience of management for international customers from order to pay. This role requires excellent customer management skills, thorough knowledge of export process and the ability to manage the financial aspects of the sale.Client DetailsThis business are a global leader and have a site based in Runcorn. This business have a diverse and high volume of in demand products on an international scale.DescriptionThis International Customer Specialist role will include the following duties;*Receiving and processing incoming customer telephone calls, orders and queries*Management of various key accounts*Management of sales process, delivery journey and payments*Seek to improve processes & ensure compliance of existing procedures*Management of export documentations - including management of the paperwork required*Management of letters of credit, payment management, payment terms and forecasting*Using SAP to support master data work*Process product technical complaintsProfileThe desired candidate for this position will match the below criteria;*Strong customer focus (Gained through an international telephone based Customer Service role)*Experience working with a system called SAP (or similar)*Excellent administrative skills and able to manage complaints*Excellent understanding of export management and shipping processes*Work well under pressure*Excellent proven skills in the following-Team Work-CollaborationJob OfferThis role is offering;*27 days holiday + bank holidays*28,000 - 30,000 salary*Start date - flexible*Interviews will be arranged this week*Monday to Friday with NO Weekend work*Excellent benefits inc pension and insurances Required skills
