With a total of 105 beds across the two sites, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of many individualsin need.As a hostel worker, you will be an integral part of the team that provides exceptional care, professional service, and tailored support to the individuals we look after. You will be responsible for engaging and supporting service users with their everyday liveswithin the hostel, ensuring security at the hostel, collaborating with the wider team to safeguard, support and advise residents, and monitoring CCTV, room checks and any issues that may arise.We believe that everyone has the opportunity to reach their potential and we need the love and support of dedicated staff to help them along that journey. You will be the driving force for this change and help our service users lead happy and fulfilling livesthrough your care and support.No personal care is required, and you will never be expected to work alone.
