  • Leading the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the companys objectives.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial data and reports.
  • Providing insightful financial analyses to support decision-making.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and developing strong relationships.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.
  • Upholding the companys ethical standards and practices in all financial matters.
ProfileA successful Finance Business Partner should have:
  • Recognised qualifications in accounting or finance.
