As a Deputy Manager, you will be commercially aware and be proud to represent us for ourhigh-quality services we provide and you will strongly want to be part of our organisationWe are looking for an individual who holds or is working towards a Management Health & Social care qualification, and at least 1 years experience within this role.The role and responsibilities:

  • To support the Registered Manager to remain compliant with CIW
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with carers.
  • To establish strong links with the social work teams and other community team members to ensure business growth and continuity.
  • To support the Registered Manager to promote and grow the business ensuring a sufficient number of staff at all times.
  • To provide a cover service in the short- term absence of the Registered Manager.
  • To support the Team in covering annual leave and absence.
  • To monitor and review the care provided and to monitor quality assurance.
  • To record and report on our electronic systems when required and recognise when referrals need to be made and understand the paperwork and procedures involved.
