The successful candidate will play a vital role in increasing awareness of Hirexa within the NHS/Private care sector.Role:We are Cardiff based healthcare recruitment agency(non-framework) & have started supplying our Nurses within the below geographical areas:- Bristol, Bath, Weston Super Mare, Gloucester & CardiffOur plan here is to initially increase the number of existing clients(NHS Hospitals/Care Homes) to have enough vacancies for our Agency Nurses in above mentioned areas & then gradually start expanding our supply regions to the other surrounding areas.As its a freelance/Part-time contract so, per contract that you will help us to gain, we will be paying you £300 to £500(£300 Small Hospitals/Care Homes £500 Large Hospitals/Care Homes).Expectations from this role:ü Identify new sales opportunities and business leadsü Increase branch utilisation based on their current active Nurse database and gain an understanding of regional difficulties and assist in overcoming theseü Maintain regular client contact and build relationships with relevant departments / individualsThe successful candidate must have..ü A good understanding of permanent & locum recruitment including compliance, for Nurses, HCA & other support workersü Excellent organisational, communication and time management skillsü Experience in team managementü Confident in leading by example to achieve resultsü Ability to prioritise workloadü Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close salesü Previous track record of working within Nursing/Doctors recruitmentü Track record of identifying, gaining and maintaining nursing clientsü Experience of implementing working processes to support business developmentü Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals within nursingü Current UK driving licenseInterested candidates can please send their Updated Resumes along with their proposals.For more details, please contact ghanshyam.nagar(AT)hirexa.comBenefits:
