Job Description

Clear Sky Recruitment are pleased to be the recruiter of choice for an established utilities business based in Cardiff. On their behalf we are seeking an experienced office administrator to join their existing team due to continued growth.Job purpose:Provides office services and administrative support required to ensure smooth running of business processes by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Process completion file paperwork.
  • Process and log new requests.
  • Assist with proposal process.
  • Process acceptances and acknowledgements.
  • Tyoe and word-process various documents and electronic information.
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
Person profilePersonality: Organised, reliable, adaptable, personable and able to work individually with a focus on high quality and detail. Well-presented and business-like, keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to build relationshipseasily and be a team-player.Specific Job Skills:Able to self-motivate and effectively time-manage own workload, appreciating the need to balance accuracy with any potential deadlines. Possesses interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with all levels both internally and externally.Computer skills:Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Outlook and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, also internet and email.Literacy and Numeracy:Must be competent at producing clear and concise written communications along with ability to populate proposal templates in an accurate manner.
