Were looking for an IT Transformation Programme Manager to work for our Logistics client on an initial 3 month contract, commencing beginning of January.Youll have significant experience leading IT transformation programmes with strong project management and project governance skills, comfortable getting into the detail and taking ownership of complex issues.----The Role:Reporting to the Transformation Director and Country MD, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for the definition and the roll-out of the IT transformation road map (the scope has been largely defined.) Youll work closely with business stakeholders to advise and influence thinking and decision-making at Senior Manager and leadership level, with a proven ability to bring non-tech stakeholders along on the journey. Applications from across the UK will be considered however the role will involve a mix of home-based and office-based (West London) working. Travel to London will be essential. ----The Candidate:o Must have led IT transformation programmes before and be comfortable getting into the detailo Strong project management and ability to drive changeo Establish technology governance, decision making, and agree on the target architecture for the UK businesso Understand all interfaces and establish an interface layer to convert structured data, feeding into the current operating system (plus construction of the interface layer.)o Determine and plan for the data integration requirements o Embark upon an automation discovery phase, prior to designing, developing and implementing RPA botso Ensure that the systems performance will work, that cut-over planning is carefully managed, that segregations and optimisations are deliveredo Able to drive through a programme to execution, whilst being comfortable with a changing environment and scope being modified (expect a lot of change)o Strong project management skills along with senior stakeholder/exec engagement experience o Must be very experienced in running IT Transformation Programmes and have a niche as an IT Transformation specialist (generalists will not be considered.)Youll need to be a highly influential individual, a dedicated and true team player comfortable leading at all levels and delivering results.Does that sound like you If so, wed love to see your CV.----The Package:The day rate for this role is £400 - £700pd dependant on experience.
