Seeking an individual who is qualified or qualified by experience.Preparation of MIS, Financials and checklists to eliminate IC transaction for the purpose of consolidation of group accounting and preparation of related reports as requested by parent company.Review monthly financials (P&L) along with team members to follow statutory requirements (including India GAAP and FRS 102).Reporting of related parties transactions and reconciliationsSupervising team while preparation of statutory financials for Year End Audit.Preparation of master budget and budget related reporting.Fixed asset capitalization, Impairment, Amortization and DepreciationAccounting of invoices and selective ledgers maintenance of VAT, C&F and MHRA service providers.Computation of management charges as per contract and TP policy.Preparation of documentation related to transactions between connected parties proving ‘arm’s length principle applies as per TP policy and OECD Guidelines.Co-ordination Oracle functionality between local office and back office.Covering credit control activities in absence of credit controller.Assisting and participation in EU Finance related projects rendering assistance to EU head from time to timeOther F&A related tasks as assigned from time to time.
