We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds & experiences.The Role:As a Window and specialist Cleaning Operative you will be responsible for advanced & deep cleaning projects for our customers including, Windows, Carpets, Washrooms, Jet Washing, High-Level Dusting, Access equipment & working at heights. Additionally, thereare opportunities for training, and overtime working on our crime scene & responsive callouts. These services include deep cleaning of vehicles, floods, and trauma cleaning tasks. You will be responsible for a variety of professional & industrial tasks andequipment and you should demonstrate your knowledge to use, maintain, and care for the equipment under your control.What we expect from you:The correct candidate will be flexible, reliable, and honest with good communication skills. Acting as an ambassador for our business, excellent customer service skills are required. We are a digital business and remain committed to being at the forefront oftechnology. Your work is planned via the Sasse Service App with all tasks completed digitally on a company-provided device. You’ll be responsible for your own vehicle, phone, and equipment and must be able to work proactively as part of a team, as well asindividually on customer sites.Essential requirementsThe role requires the Window & Specialist Cleaning operative to be a Full UK license holder, the operative must have held their license for a minimum of 2 years. The employee shall hold no more than 3 penalty points.The Window and specialist Cleaning Operative will be working within contracts that require an enhanced security clearance in order to obtain access to the client’s buildings. Successful completion of enhanced vetting will form a mandatory requirement ofthe probationary period.The department operates on a 24/7 basis and the desired candidate would need to be flexible in their working patterns, as this will include traveling, working in the daytime, evenings, nights, and at the weekends.You may have experience in the following: Window Cleaner, Glass Cleaning Technician, High-Rise Window Washer, Exterior Cleaning Specialist, Building Facade Cleaner, Commercial Window Washer, Skylight Cleaner, Glass Maintenance Technician, Industrial WindowCleaner, Exterior Surface Cleaning Technician, Facade Restoration Specialist, and High-Access Window Cleaner.REF-209020
