Job Description

Do you have Purchase Ledger Clerk experienceAre you available to start a new role in Crick within the next couple of weeksIf so, please read on!If you are available to start a role on short notice, have experience in Purchase Ledger and are able to travel to just outside of Rugby, please read on for more information!We are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for the next 6 months, supporting a team through a system transformation.Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk, but are not limited to:

  • Manually clearing a backlog of invoices - matching to POs and processing in to the system
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing for payment runs
This role would suit someone either with a background in Purchase Ledger, or someone who is early in their accounts career, is savvy with systems and is looking for more experience within Purchase Ledger.The role is mostly working remote however initial training will be on site for a few days in Crick - thereafter you may be required to visit the office every other week for meetings.
