PPC SpecialistRugby Area (Hybrid - 3 days+ in office)£30k - £35k (Neg)We are working with an ambitious Digital Agency who have impressive growth plans for 2024, with the aim of growing their revenue from £3m to £5m in the next 12 months; central to this strategy is Paid Media.Having recently hired a new Head of Paid, he is now embarking on growing this department by creating a talented team of Paid Search and Social experts and develop the Agencys biddable media capability.The agency owner is investing heavily in the business this year, both across Paid but also SEO and Social, and aims to become one of the Midlands leading Digital Marketing specialist. Therefore, we believe this represents opportunity for anyone joining atthis early stage, as you ride the wave of this hyper-growth stage.Who are they looking forAmbitious PPC specialists, who have experience building and optimising Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads, ideally of various sizes and 1-2 years commercially.This will ideally be in an agency or client-facing environment, but if you only have in-house experience and fancy a change, of pace, wed still love to hear from you.Most importantly, youll have a genuine interest in building a career in Paid Media and take an active interest in the PPC industry, keeping up to date with new trends and the latest tools (PMAX, Google shopping, Display, etc!).Keywords: PPC, Paid media, paid search, Social, PMAX, Shopping, Google Ads, Biddable, Programmatic, Performance marketing, digital marketing, Digital agency, Pay-per-click.
