Job Description

Rugby basedMonday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm15 month apprenticeship programme£14,000paIf youre hoping for a new challenge, want a step up or to change your career completely, we are looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our team!This an opportunity where you can thrive, using your skillset, develop your experience, AND gain an industry-recognised qualification.Within this position you will support with website maintenance, schedule engaging posts, create captivating content and so much more.In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship, delivered by an expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Schedule engaging posts on social media platforms
  • Support with website maintenance - create landing pages
  • Create written content and videography
  • Copywriting when creating adverts and blogs
  • Support with Search Engine Optimisation
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.Salary, Hours&Benefits:
  • Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start and finish times)
  • £14,000 Per Annum (D.O.E)
  • 20 Days holiday + bank holidays
  • Birthday incentive, an additional day of annual leave

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:
  • Eager to learn
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook - the experience of managing social media channels beneficial
  • Motivated team player
  • Communication skills, written and verbal - customer service experience is beneficial
  • Share similar values - honesty, kindness, time, belief, care, and loyalty
  • Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and 5/6 in English
