IT Manager Rugby £50 to £65K + Car + excellent packageWe are looking for an outstanding IT Manager with a great personality and outgoing, think outside the box attitude.Your role will be to oversee an excellent, secure, controlled and resilient IT operational service whilst leading continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation, you will formulate, agree and maintain the IT budget CAPEX | OPEXThe role will be accountable for developing an enterprise architecture for the business which enables it to describe, plan and implement seamless, integrated services both internally and with partners.It will be your responsibility to approve purchases of technological equipment and software ensuring it is value for moneyYou will provide leading-edge technical expertise, advice and leadership on all matters relating to IT and related corporate performance.We will be relying on you to select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimise their strategic benefits.Responsibility for the planning and the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other colleagues within the organisation.You will oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organisation to ensure optimal performance.You will direct and organise IT-related projects.Analysing the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and recommend actions.Technical experience Experience in Mimecast, Nasuni, Nutanix, Google and Microsoft technologiesReports to the Joint Managing Director
