Commercial Insurance Renewals Agent CV23 Monday to Friday 0900-1700 Salary £32,000-£35,000 DOE Permanent role A minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance industry is essential. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will primarily be responsible for supporting commercial lines clients to ensure conversion of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of renewals to achieve company income targets in accordance with companyprocedures and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate with have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and have a driven approach to achieving results. The candidate must have experience in building successful long-term relationships both internally and externally. Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal is essential. Responsibilities: * Responsibility for your own book of client renewals, you will service clients to achieve success of renewal by negotiating with insurers for the most competitive rates of cover. You will obtain quotations from our panel of insurers, communicating the quotationsback to the client and advising the most appropriate in terms of price and cover to meet the needs of the client. * Highlight appropriate additional products which align to the client needs and to cross sell any additional products to maximise companies sales income. * Accurately processing policies, transactions, and processing of insurance documents on our inhouse software. * Process any policy midterm adjustments and cancellations. * Support the Sales Director with any new business leads.
