Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-growing company Do you have a passion for sales and customer service If so, we want to hear from you!We have partnered with a leading organisation within their field, who are looking for an inside sales representative to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a full time role working 8am-4.30pm, and is office based, in Rugby.The offering salary for this positionis £25k pa.You will be responsible for:

  • Lead development – Qualify and follow up on leads for sales opportunities
  • Product sales – Convert leads and upsell to meet internal targets.
  • Customer service - Assist customers with simple queries, order and shipping status, and product feedback.
  • Maintain the CRM system (migrating to Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Lead qualification - Schedule appointments and demos for qualified leads and pass them to the sales team.
  • Customer retention - Maintain regular contact with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify any additional needs or opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Some experience in sales, business development, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company
