HSEQ and Training Advisor - Rugby - Office Based - part-time (2/3 days per week) £25,000 to £35,000We’re looking for a superstar to take on an amazing opportunity in a fantastic business with a great culture!The role is for a HSEQ and Training Advisor, based in the office in Rugby, two or three days per week.The ideal applicant will be self-sufficient and confident in delivering training across all levels of their organisationThey have an outstanding reputation in their industry, have an enviable track record of delivering, and their customer focus and service levels are second to none.HSEQ and Training Advisor - Role Overview: Responsible for Health and Safety for head office, factory and site work Ensure compliance with H&S regulations Develop and maintain risk assessments, reviewing how risks can be reduced Developing and maintaining method statements (SSOW) Co-ordination of maintenance, repairs and checks on equipment to comply with PUWER and LOLER regulations Record and report any accidents or near miss incidentsBe the primary point of contact for all Health and Safety mattersCarry out responsibilities for compliance with fire risk assessmentsQuality Ensure compliance with the Quality Management (ISO 9001) system Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for tasks undertaken in factory, for site installation work, for administration processes and for sales practices Oversee maintenance of company certifications / accreditations Identification and co-ordination of training needs Ensuring staff understand safety procedures, leading all in-house training ensuring employees meet their health and safety responsibilities Giving internal training, tool box talks, etc Co-ordinating any external trainingHSEQ and Training Advisor - Candidate Requirements: The successful applicant will require the following: Must have NVQ Level 3/4 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice or NEBOSH Has completed some form of trainer trainingExcellent communication skills Confident in delivering training Effective time management Strong attention to detail Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, mobile technology) Full Clean UK Driving LicenseHSEQ and Training Advisor - Hours and Benefits:Part-time role, for between 16 and 24 hours per week Flexible working hours between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday 25 days holiday + 8 days statutory bank holidays, pro-rata to reflect working timeOffice based role (No working from home option)On-site parkingLife & Serious Illness Cover and Medical Cash Plan Pension scheme Specific training for role can be providedLooking to get stuck into an amazing opportunity Then Click APPLY NOW!
