Job Description

This is a newly created role as part of a digital transformation, with the goal to embed a technology lead value proposition into engineering focused products.This role will be pivotal in aligning sales, operations, IT and financial departments and require a technical background in development of the telemetry systems as a main driver of transformation from concept to marketKey Duties Include:

  • Create, configure and execute the Asset Management Strategy
  • Develop and implement regional plans across the business functions
  • Ensure a working version of an end-to-end solution on project sites to enable reliable data for Management Information (MI) both internally and externally.
  • Monitor and report on performance optimising the value proposition
  • Define and monitor baseline, target and reach goals
  • Influence and direct the development of industry wide Telemetry standards
  • Work with IT security team to manage data protection, infrastructure and access.
  • Develop business analysis on telemetry products uplifting service, customer support and financial improvements.
  • Drive greater commercial appreciation for benefits of telemetry
  • Continuous improvement and driving industry development
  • Create a consistent compliance by ensuring implementation is seen as a key management obligation and performance expectation.
  • Own and implement all telemetry processes and
  • Work with Sales to sell and present Dashboard offering to our target customers.
  • Revitalise and execute a complete product management process
  • Remove and refocus by automating manual intervention at all stages of the current telemetry process (API, geo location and programmable notifications).
  • Working very closely with varety of stakeholders to ensure the product proposition is correct and communicated across all business functions.
    • The ideal Person
  • Relevant demonstratable experience from B2B industrial markets with a distinct emphasis on engineering and technical competence.
  • Plant and equipment rental experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong ability to assess commercial viability with exceptional influencing skills
  • Proven ability to develop the "principal solution architecture" within a bundled value proposition for strategic customers.
  • Robust and resilient individual, with high personal integrity and confidence
  • Proven ability to engage the wider business through gains directly related to sales
