Job Description

Electrical Assembler / FitterRugby0830 - 1730 Mon - Fri (early Friday Finish)£26K - £28K (DOE)Full TimeWe are looking for a very experienced electrical assembly operative to start a full-time role within a busy laser company in Rugby.This is a shop floor-based role working with some of the latest technology available.You will be expected to build mechanical frames, add in the power supply units, build wiring loom, assembly cables and do all the ancillary wiring.Attention to detail, accuracy and neatness are extremely important for this role.To be considered - its vital that you can understand mechanical and electrical drawings, you have strong wiring and soldering skills (some of the crimps are very small) and you confident with typical assembly duties such as tapping and drilling.This role offers you:

  • £26K - £28K (depending on experience).
  • 37.5 hours paid per week.
  • 31 days annual leave each year rising (including bank holidays).
  • Lots of support from a great production manager.
  • Job security - this will lead to a permanent position for the right person.
