As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This is a key role in our manufacturingprocess, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality products.Required Experience:- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings- Familiarity with various cutting tools, speeds, and feeds- Attention to detail and precision in machining operations- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machine issues- Effective communication and teamwork abilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations- Write and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for each machining operation- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processesIf this position is of interest, please apply or reach out to VIA email,Maxime @ huntermasonconsulting .com
