This post will work across day and night shifts, and will add resilience to an existing Hospital @ Night / daytime site coordination team. This is an exciting opportunity for both Rugby and the prospective post holder. There will be a requirement to work some night shifts. However it is expected that the successful post holder will also have to work days.
