Halcyon are proud to be working with a highly regarded, national care organisation, in their journey to finding a Childrens Registered Manager for a 7-bed residential service, based in Rugby, Warwickshire. This award winning provider, prides themselveson delivering the highest levels or care, through their educational and residential services across the U.K. They have won numerous awards for both their specialist education schools and their bespoke residential homes, highlighting their ability to understandand cater to the complex needs of children and young adults across the U.K.The home is in a beautiful setting in Warwickshire and currently supports 7 children from the ages of 11-15. The aim of the service is to provide unique and tailored opportunities for all of the young people living at the home. The fantastic location ofthe service, enables the children to access local community activities, like sports and drama groups, as well as dance classes and other activities, enabling them to flourish and create friendships to further enhance their living experiences at the home.As the Registered Manager of the service, it will be your responsibility join an established team and provide both knowledge and guidance where needed, around the best ways to deliver the highest forms of care. You will be expected to have an excellent knowledgeof Ofsted and safeguarding regulations, and will be required to ensure your service is fit for purpose and safe at all times. You will be expected to have obtained at least one "Good" rating as a Registered manager in a previous position, and be confidentin all areas around senior management.In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a very competitive basic salary of between £45,550 - £50,750, plus a generous bonus structure and benefits. You will be joining an already established team and have the close support ofyour Regional Director, as well as the autonomy, to show your skill-set.
