  • Work closely with Product Owner to ensure the quality of the requirements meet the behaviour development approach.
  • To support the feature teams to build quality into the development approach.
  • Coach developers to help them improve their testing mindset & skillset.
  • To carry out exploratory testing against the production environments.
  • Validate that the application is accessible & performant.
  • Putting the end user first during the development and planning lifecycle.
  • Defect management.
  • Facilitate and fulfil tasks as a member of an agile team, using agile practices (e.g. peer reviews, test Driven Development and daily stand-up meetings).
