Job Description

MHR Analytics are recruiting for a Technical Platform and Services Engineer to manage and support the provision and architecture for all On Premise and Cloud based Analytics solutions.MHR offers HR, Payroll and Analytical expertise to help our customers work smarter.   • Maintain and support all MHRA Product and Service Infrastructure
  • To act as technical liaison between MHR Cloud Services, third parties and MHR Analytics.
  • Support technical architecture teams, development teams and provide Tier2 technical support for Non-production and In-Production assets.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Operational Platform/Infrastructure support where necessary
  • Possess and demonstrate a sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and related technologies including SQL Server, Windows, MS Azure, SAP Business Objects and Data Services platforms, Cognos Planning Analytics platform
  • Supporting Azure Cloud based platform architecture (SQL Server, networking, Elastic pools)
  • Experience in Networking, Automation, Deployment, Optimisation on above technologies
  • Experience of supporting ETL and Database pipelines/solutions advantageous
  • Problem Solving and Fault resolution skills essential
  • Scripting/languages e.g. Powershell, Bash/linux, Python desirable
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines beneficial e.g. Jenkins/Git
  • Container experience and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Databricks) advantageous
  • Liaison and support with MHR Teams e.g. Development, Architecture, Professional Services, Consultancy, Security
