A brilliant opportunity for an iTrent expert with in-depth product knowledge to lead in the development and maintenance of Knowledge Centre Support.This is an opportunity to use not only your product knowledge but also your ability to solve complex iTrent user issues, which will assist in enhancing our customers knowledge and enabling them to self-serve.You will work in tandem with a newly appointed dedicated Knowledge Centre Support Copywriter. You will define, design and document article content for the copywriter to review and amend text, prior to publication.You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the KCS copywriter to give your input on Support Desk KCS design and structure ensuring content is on brand’ for both iTrent and People First
  • Creating clear and concise content, ensuring it is correctly pitched to the audience using visuals and clear instructional design
  • Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely
  • Revising or rewriting existing content
  • Provide final sign off of articles reviewed by the KCS Copywriter, to ensure any copywriting has not interfered with the integrity of the intended message
  • Researching and gathering technical information and studying target audiences
  • Develop methods to test whether users understand newly developed material
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering and product design, to assist you in defining content, including any changes and/or new product developments
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments of KCS (including potential use of AI/Chat GPT
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of KCS content
  • Improve content related to outcomes of the above
  • Continuous improvement of KCS
  • Provide close guidance to the copywriter, assist in growing their knowledge
  • Ability to work to deadlines to meet any defined SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Excellent attention to detail
