We have over 1,000 customers, serving organisations across the public, private and non-profit sectors.Our mission is to constantly strive to understand and improve the world of work, technology and people, enabling us to create market-leading platforms and services and well need creative individuals like you to help continue this success.Our philosophy for the last 35 years and moving forward remains resolute - one vision, one strategy - one MHR.Want to be part of something incredible #OneMHRRole responsibilitiesResponsible for driving the development of end-to-end large and / or complex customer solutions, the purpose of this role will be to work in close liaison with the MHRs Sales team whilst leading a team of Architects to deliver coherent and winnable solutions through to implementation and delivery.Working with key stakeholders internally and externally the Solutions Manager is a senior individual with the presence to assure client outcomes. Having a proven track record in developing large, complex solutions across varying business sectors, delivering winning innovative solutions.The individual will coordinate a team of Architects to ensure customer needs are captured into the end-to-end solution, building both internal and external relationships to ensure successful customer outcomes and continued improvement of the product offering.

  • Leads teams of architects and subject matter experts, understanding and articulating the technical solution (to a level), providing direction and delegating effectively
  • Responsible for defining, agreeing and articulating the overall end to end solution both internally and externally.
  • Works with bid team members to develop the commercial, and financial aspects of deploying the customer solution.
  • Leads on and delegate appropriate team members on customer dialogue sessions, building a rapport with key stakeholders
  • Reviews and assesses the costs and benefits of the solution to ensure it offers the best value and meets the client budget
  • Works with the bid team to develop detailed bid resource plans and timetables
  • Working in conjunction with the Configuration Manager to identify areas for product improvement, to share with product design to develop software solutions
  • Actively demonstrates MHR values in everyday behaviour and embeds them in their bid teams and strategic sales
  • Acts as a senior leader and role model who communicates with passion and enthusiasm
  • Keeps up to date with MHR transformation capabilities
  • Articulates the MHR strategic offers and applies them to specific customer circumstances and ensure their Architects are sufficiently skilled in all areas
