Were proud to design and develop some of the best business solutions like iTrent and People First to supportour customers people-related challenges across every vertical.Looking for the place where you can belong Join MHR and help us shape the world of work.At MHR the role of a Solution Consultant is critical the high performance of our sales team.Our consultants support the sales team with customer fact-find calls, then incorporate what theyve uncovered to deliver well-planned product demonstrations that are tailored to solving customer pain points.We actively develop our people to deliver a consistently high standard of work, which helps to secure significant new wins.The role is filled with opportunities to learn and grow.As a team, we believe that its important that everyone has a voice, and can express their view. The role would suit someone who is highly motivated and comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders and customers.Responsibilites

  • Support the enablement of the sales teams to ensure a high level of expertise and consistency
  • To prepare and deliver high quality MHR product demonstrations and workshops to customer and prospects.
  • To drive solution based selling focusing on the benefits and values the MHR product catalogue can offer.
  • Actively participating in opportunity discovery and sales strategy sessions.
  • To incorporate new iTrent releases and supporting systems and developments in to the demonstration environment.
  • To assist with the timely and accurate completion of sales bids.
  • Build working relationships with new business and customer relationship managers
  • Generate relationships with key areas of the business to maintain knowledge of up and coming development and functionality.
  • Staying current on industry trends and developments.
  • Proven experience in presentation skills to wide audiences is essential.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.
  • iTrent knowledge is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Key Skills
  • HR & Payroll subject knowledge.
  • Strong Presentation skills are essential.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Problem solving aptitude.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • iTrent, PeopleFirst (or other HCM software) product knowledge desirable.
  • Analytics software (such as Business Objects or PowerBI) experience is beneficial.
  • Experience of Salesforce and/or Qvidian systems is desirable.
