Job Description

MHR Analytics are recruiting for a Senior BI Solutions Developer to lead, mentor and guide the Engineering team to plan, develop, implement and maintain Analytics solutions and services across the MHR customer base.MHR offers HR, Payroll and Analytical expertise to help our customers work smarter.   • Depth in Analytics and BI design
  • Conversed in established and emerging data technologies
  • Competent in Reporting and Dashboard Design
  • Knowledge of SAP/ Microsoft BI and visualization technologies (SAP Business Objects, PowerBI)
  • SQL Development
  • Database Architecture (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres)
  • Experience in predictive modelling and AI technologies (e.g. SAP Predictive analytics/ Cognos Watson Analytics/ SAAS/ Azure ML/ Python, R)
  • Experience in platform development and services (Microsoft Azure)
  • Meta Data / Semantic and Multi-Dimensional Design
  • Microsoft BI stack, including PowerBI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
  • Scripting experience in Python, M, Dax
  • Experience in Apache Airflow and other modern pipeline/Orchestration tools advantageous
  • Working with APIs
  • Multiple Sector Experience (Particularly HR/Payroll)
  • Understanding of UI/Web Development advantageous
  • To manage and develop reportees within the team
  • To add technical expertise to facilitate business meetings where applicable
  • To communicate and report development status back to Head of department or program/project in a professional and concise manner
  • To interact and add value to Product teams and function around technical design
