You will be responsible for managing a team who delivers payrolls for the largest public and private organisations across the UK.As a Payroll Manager you will have a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-end service, we have established ourselves as a partner for our customers, this is why we have a customer retention rate of 98%.As a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leadership and Guidance: As a Payroll Manager, youll oversee the payroll function, providing valuable guidance, leadership, and direction to your team and colleagues. Together, we aim to achieve organisational, departmental, and individual goals.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Operations to shape and optimise our payroll function. Your insights will be instrumental in our continuous improvement efforts.
  • Compliance Expertise: Stay informed about payroll rules and legislative changes, ensuring that we remain compliant with statutory regulations.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to our reputation as a trusted partner.
  • Problem Solving: Support manual calculations when needed and address complex payroll queries. Demonstrate your ability to make informed decisions, even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
