Were looking for creative individuals to support our sales teams in driving business opportunities and growth.As a Marketing Specialist, develop, manage and execute effective campaigns for our different segments, countries and markets. You will take responsibility for targeting your segment, planning the right messaging and managing your activities to make an impact,working with the wider marketing team to execute your plans. This exciting role gives you the ability to shape and drive your vision for success. Were looking for people with great ideas, who arent afraid to share them and ensure were always trying new things to find opportunities.Your campaigns and activities will cover both existing customer and new business acquisition using a range of mediums including copy and collateral, social, email communications, webinars, events, PR and more.Key responsibilities:

  • Developing a clear MHR segment plan for your respective area coordinating with our brand development and product/services launches
  • Developing creative and engaging marketing campaigns and collateral to target different segments across the entire marketing funnel
  • Crafting lead-nurturing programmes for trigger-based and drip communications
  • Working closely with the product marketing team to understand launches and product/service GoToMarkets
  • Developing sales toolkits to support their segments and pipeline coverage
  • Researching market and competitor activity to improve campaign effectiveness and targeting
  • Authoring and publishing success stories, newsletters and other communications that celebrate successes
  • Ability to move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Leveraging system analytics to constantly measure marketing programmes and recommend adjustments as needed
