You will be responsible for gathering data about customers, pricing, competitors, and market indicators. This will shape how we offer new products and services toexisting customers and attract new business.You will gather competitive information and perform pricing analysis to provide actionable insights, reporting on findings to key stakeholders.

  • Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition.
  • Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing and analyse in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results.
  • Analyse competitor pricing- assess market share and margins, and track customer engagement in order to gain a complete picture of effective pricing strategies for the company offerings.
  • Monitor Industry Trends to identify areas of potential to improve sales volume or profitability or untapped market segments that MHR can enter to gain market share in new avenues.
  • Support the GTM process through regular market and competitor intelligence updates enabling the team to shape offerings to be highly relevant in the market
  • Prepare new pricing proposals for products and services that adhere to corporate pricing rules
  • Collect and analyse data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand
  • Present Findings to Key Decision-Makers - translate complex data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive sales and enhance marketing efforts.
