  • Utilise multi-channel research methods to identify market and competitor intelligence.
  • Responsible for all MHR competitor analysis including supporting pricing, trends, product analysis, and identification of upcoming trends, to support in the creation of including battlecards and reporting, and to help drive messaging, commercial activity and product planning
  • Collate, monitor and distribute research and thought leadership articles internally
  • Support enablement of sales teams on how MHR positions against competitors
  • Market sizing and strategic analysis
  • Support the analysis of markets for MHR product and service offerings
  • Monitor market share by reviewing our revenues against market size by product / region
  • Collate win / loss intelligence
  • Monitor competitive trends and threats (e.g. market news, SWOT analysis, etc.).
  • Promote business success and change both internally and externally
  • Work with Pricing Lead to ensure maximum pricing performance, including analysis, reporting and development of price management tools.
