Job Description

Graphic and Digital Designer As part of our successful growth and continued ambition to expand, we are looking to recruit two Graphic and Digital Designers to join our incredible in-house studio team. Based in our Ruddington office you will gain exposure across all marketing and product functions as well as the wider international business.You will be designing and contributing to the vast amount of imagery and collateral needing produced, not only for the commercial side of the business but for customers and internal communications.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside our videographers, animator, and other designers their role will be to create a variety of digital graphics for social, web, email, infographics and printed collateral.Working with the new brand they will be able to follow brand guidelines and look at opportunities to grow and take the brand to the next level.Have a creative flare and a passion for design.Knowledge & ExperienceEssential

  • Expert skill in Adobe Creative Suite, especially PhotoShop and Illustrator
  • Have a couple of years’ experience
  • Seeing the design process through from initial brief through to completion
  • Be creative and have an eye for detail
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for design
  • Work as part of a team as well as liaising with other departments within Ideagen
  • An ability to follow brand guidelines,
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and convey ideas precisely
  • Knowledge of current and upcoming design trends
  • Demonstrate examples of your work
