Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Consultant play a critical role in generating new business as well as developing and managing successful relationships with a growing partner and consultancy ecosystem. Due to our successful and ambitious growth plans we are recruiting for a New business Enterprise Sales Consultant to join our Oil and Gas team.You must be excited and driven to succeed. You will be a self starter who can generate your own opportunities. In return you will enjoy a leading team-selling atmosphere, dynamic compensation plan, engaged management team, collaborative marketing campaigns as well as a fun and spirited culture.Ideal candidates will have successful individual contributor experience selling SaaS solutions in operations, customer service, analytics, finance, or marketing teams. The candidate must excel at qualifying and closing new opportunities over a long complex and competitive sales cycle.Key responsibilities:Sales:

  • Build your pipeline and covert new business sales
  • Cultivate leads using several sales strategies to develop relationships that will result in sales presentations
  • Meet sales quotas and expectations
  • Build and manage relationships throughout the sales cycle to gain new accounts
  • Assess potential of prospects and develop strategies and presentations accordingly
  • Perform analysis of prospects business processes and design solutions that best meet customer requirements
  • Develop and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals and advice
  • Articulate complex concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals
  • Strategy:
  • Be knowledgeable about industry trends and actively engage in industry events
  • Identify opportunities in your vertical markets i.e. what makes a good customer, exploring opportunities and challenges within each sector.
  • Building sales messages and tailoring packages relevant to each vertical market.
  • Working with other team members, regionally and globally, to share knowledge, motivate success and support the sales process.
  • Keep up to date with competitive offerings within the market to ensure Sterling maintains a competitive advantage.
  • Work with Sales Operations to build insight in relation to each part of the sales cycle for example win/loss data, competitor intelligence, areas for improvements, legislative changes, technology, sector environment.

  • Enterprise Sales experience is essential, proven track record of selling to C level stakeholders is required.
  • You are required to work autonomously managing your own time to ensure the successful achievement of personal goals and quotas.
