Job Description

Data Migration Engineer As part of our successful growth and continued ambition to expand, we are looking to recruit two Data Migration Engineers to join our incredible team based in our Ruddington office.Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibility

  • Build, deliver and maintain data migration and import services for new, existing and acquired products to support product roadmap and customer transition
  • Design business intelligence solutions and support new product innovations to deliver customer data
  • Engage with Project Managers, Coordinators, and other members of the Service Delivery Team to identify project requirements and produce reusable solutions
  • Regularly engage with customers through digital conferencing and on-site situations to acquire project definitions, support implementations and manage expectations
  • Scope new sales opportunities and identify the technical specifications and potential limitations
  • Identify efficiencies in process and establish new solutions to support future implementations
    • Knowledge & ExperienceEssential
  • Experience in BI Development or ETL Development
  • Knowledge and awareness of emerging BI, ETL and Cloud concepts
  • Experience in a customer facing environment handling all levels of stakeholders
    • Desirable
  • Experience using SnapLogic
  • Experience using Cloud Services such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau and API/Web Services
  • .NET C#, Java, Python and other scripting languages
  • Experience dealing with customers and projects on a global scale
