Job Description

Do you enjoy creating a unique experience for your customersProviding outstanding Customer Service is at the heart of this company, and the aim is to make every individual feel special by creating a personalised experience for each customer, whether that is through email, telephone, social media or booking appointments.The beauty of this role is that no two days are ever the same. Its up to you to bring the brand to live through customer interaction.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls to customers, assisting with queries.
  • Updating customer records with care and attention.
  • Accurately recording details of orders and conversations.
  • Keeping up to date with processes, services and promotions to ensure you always deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Responding to social media & emails.
  • Managing the booking system & booking appointments across the country.
  • Assisting with ongoing issues they may have, managing this in the best way possible to ensure theyve had a positive experience.
  • Working closely with team members to share knowledge.
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience in a customer facing role will be beneficial.
  • To work well in quick paced environments.
  • Confident user of MS packages.
  • Ability to pick up new systemsFull training will be provided.
  • Driven to succeed and provide amazing Customer Service.
  • Willingness to contribute towards the culture of the business.
