Job Description

Are you looking for a role where you can have a real impact day to day Do you put customer at the heart of everything you do If yes then this could be the role for you.At Artex we are hiring for a Customer Experience & Solutions Manager to work with stakeholders across the business in order to constantly improve and develop our customer satisfaction.This is a key role within the business in which you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement along with the solutions. You will be managing multiple projects at once liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure they are on track.Building strong customer relationships, collaborate with internal and external customers, drive loyalty, and ensure customers have positive interactions with Artex while aligning customer interactions with sustainability goals.Artex is a leading distributor of some of the UKs must-have construction brands, offering a diverse choice of over 500 trade and DIY products. Weve been supplying customers of all shapes and sizes for over 80 years, and now tailor ouroffering to match the needs of merchants, decorator centres and DIY stores across the UK.This role can be worked on a hybrid basis with up to 2 days from home. What you will be doing:

  • Delivering strong customer service to our customers
  • Identifying customer pain points, analyse data, and develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Communicating with internal and external customers with stakeholders at all levels
  • Project Management - lead projects, coordinate with teams and adhere to deadlines.
  • Work with Senior Managers on sustainability roadmap
What were looking for:
  • Previous experience in a customer focussed role
  • Experience of managing projects
  • Experienced in managing and communicating with customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
