Job Description

To assist the Head of Business Assurance in the execution of duties to ensure the company is compliant to agreed standards both internallyand across its supply chain.Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company maintains SOC2 compliance.
  • Ensure the company maintains ISO27001 and ISO9001 compliance.
  • Assist with maintaining the Companys Business Continuity procedures, standards and specifications aligned to the ISO22301.
  • Assist with maintaining an audit program across MHR supply chain, ensuring due diligence is performed on new and existing suppliers and issues are managed through risk management frameworks.
  • Assist with identifying the Company and Departmental Risks and maintaining risk registers.
  • Be a champion for Compliance, Security, Quality and Data Privacy
  • Making suggestions for changes and improvements to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with Root Cause analysis investigations when requiredTo undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably delegated by your manager in light of skill set and capabilities.
Key Skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • ISO qualified
