This role offers a huge amount of reward and variety in your day-to-day position.Generation of new business leads within the HR/Payroll market by contacting companies by phone, highlighting opportunities, and reacting to potential sales leads as they arise.If you are a natural communicator and can engage people in conversation, this is the job for you.   • Effectively generate new and existing business leads through promoting MHR software and services within the HR/Payroll markets through cold calling and promote new software and services to the customers to create upselling opportunities for the CustomerRelationship Managers.
  • Identify opportunities and effectively present key benefits and value of the product to secure new business leads.
  • Record new leads and maintain the CRM Salesforce database.
  • Complete BDR calling campaigns within an allocated timeframe.
  • Use your own initiative and network to generate new business leads.
  • Follow up on incoming activity from our website to support lead generation.
  • Attend all relevant internal training to enhance performance.
  • Ensure relevant sales activities are recorded accurately for future trend analysis.
Key Skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (desirable) and Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Record and maintain the CRM database
  • Successfully hitting KPIs each month to ensure targets are hit
  • Time management, planning, teamwork, and organisational skills are a must
  • Identify opportunities and effectively present key benefits and value of the product to secure new business contracts. Knowledge of MHR value propositions and the relevant fit with the customer pain points
