We are currently looking to recruit a Bid Writer to manage and be responsible for completing PQQs and ITTs (and similar) on behalf of MHR to win tenders for new and repeat business.

  • Obtain all documents in relation to a bid
  • Answer functional and standard business responses and delegate requirements where applicable to ensure workload is managed effectively
  • Collate responses
  • Review bids for compliance in responses and submission format
  • Ensure presentation of all bids is in line with compliance and corporate branding and bids are finished to a high standard
  • Submit bids in line with the given deadline and submission method
  • Ensure all information in relation to the bid is stored securely
  • Ensure Qvidian content is relevant and applicable, including advance work ready for new releases
  • Review current and new processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure knowledge is sufficient to best represent MHR and to keep up to date of all new developments to reflect these where appropriate in all bid responses
  • Key Skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and remain calm under pressure; with flexibility to meet deadlines
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and thrive within a busy environment
  • Has the ability to multitask and prioritise workload with effective time management skills
  • Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a high level of written English
  • A minimum of one years’ experience in a successful sales, procurement, bid function (or similar)
  • Have experience in HR and Payroll software solutions (desirable but not essential)
