About the role: A great opportunity has arisen at MHR to join Digital Services department as a BI Reports Developer.As part of our Digital Services department, you will work with internal stakeholders to maintain and develop internal business systems and processes.As a BI Reports Developer, you will develop and maintain the reporting and BI technology required for our users to access and leverage value from MHRs internal business data. Creating a reporting analytics suite, whilst increasing the accessibility, value,quality, and trust of MHR Business Data.Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all end user reporting and dashboarding requests raised to the Digital Services team
  • Implementing business process change through the configuration and customisation of internal business systems required for accurate reporting and dashboarding
  • Contribute to the internal data strategy, actively advise the business on best practice to repair, leverage and protect their data asset
  • Liaising with Stakeholders to effectively manage business process change
  • Ensuring that controls and reporting are in place to promote keeping data within internal systems complete and accurate
Key Skills / Experience:
  • Experience of database technologies, data cleansing
  • Effective communicator as this role requires liaising with various stakeholders
  • Building a reporting and business analytics solutions
  • Power automate (Desirable)
  • Salesforce administration (Desirable)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Desirable)
